Terms of service
These terms govern approved business use of Digital Talisman SMS in Uganda.
Prepaid service
Credits are purchased in UGX as one-time packages. A credit represents one billable SMS segment. The service has no subscription, recurring charge, postpaid balance, or free-credit trial.
Approval and access
Registration does not guarantee approval. Digital Talisman may approve, reject, suspend, or reinstate an organization to protect recipients, providers, and the platform.
Customer responsibility
You are responsible for lawful content, recipient consent, contact-list accuracy, and authorized account access. You must promptly honor opt-outs and may not attempt to bypass suppression controls.
Delivery and charging
Networks and providers may delay or fail delivery. Credits are captured when a message is accepted for submission; an accepted message that later fails delivery is not automatically refunded.
