One credit covers one billable SMS segment. Longer messages and some special characters can create more than one segment. TaliSend shows the expected segment cost before you send.
TaliSend SMS credits are prepaid and do not renew automatically. MTN sender IDs have a separate monthly network renewal fee after activation. Airtel sender registration currently has a one-time network fee.
TaliSend supports MTN and Airtel Uganda. Campaigns send only to the networks where your business sender ID is active. Final delivery also depends on the recipient network and handset availability.
A sender ID identifies your company as the message sender. TaliSend reviews your company documents and intended use before payment, then submits the approved application for manual network registration. Approval is estimated at 6 to 8 working days.
