Information we process
We process account and business application details, Ugandan contact numbers, campaign message snapshots, payment references, delivery outcomes, wallet records, and security audit information.
How information is used
Information is used to authenticate users, review businesses, deliver requested SMS, verify payments, prevent abuse, reconcile credits, provide reports, and comply with lawful obligations.
Service providers
Specialist service providers help us with hosting, account security, email, payments, messaging, background processing, and error monitoring. Each receives only the information needed for its assigned function. Payment credentials are never collected by this application.
Security and retention
We use tenant-scoped authorization, encrypted transport, hashed one-time tokens, redacted logs, and immutable financial records. Records are retained only as needed for service, dispute, security, and legal purposes.
