We process only the information needed to operate, secure, and account for the service.
Information we process
We process account and business application details, Ugandan contact numbers, campaign message snapshots, payment references, delivery outcomes, wallet records, and security audit information.
How information is used
Information is used to authenticate users, review businesses, deliver requested SMS, verify payments, prevent abuse, reconcile credits, provide reports, and comply with lawful obligations.
Service providers
Neon, Vercel, Better Auth, Resend, Inngest, Flutterwave, Africa's Talking, and optional Sentry processing is limited to the functions needed to provide the service. Payment credentials are never collected by this application.
Security and retention
We use tenant-scoped authorization, encrypted transport, hashed one-time tokens, redacted logs, and immutable financial records. Records are retained only as needed for service, dispute, security, and legal purposes.
