Acceptable-use and anti-spam policy
Every recipient must have a lawful, understandable reason to receive your message.
Consent is required
You may message only recipients who consented or for whom another lawful transactional basis applies. Purchased, scraped, shared without permission, or guessed contact lists are prohibited.
Prohibited activity
Spam, fraud, impersonation, phishing, unlawful content, harassment, deceptive promotions, malware, and attempts to conceal identity or evade opt-outs are prohibited.
Clear identity and opt-out
Messages include your approved business prefix. Marketing messages include the platform unsubscribe link. You may not remove, obscure, or work around these controls.
Enforcement
Digital Talisman may block campaigns, suppress recipients, suspend organizations, preserve evidence, or cooperate with providers and lawful authorities when abuse is suspected.
